To promote cultural changes in the USA and in developing countries through charitable activities and support services:

1. To secure the rights, status and interests of Hmong people in the US and worldwide.
2. To encourage and assist the creative development of Hmong social, religious, and cultural life throughout the world.
3. To support Hmong education and the development of Hmong values.
4. To preserve the memory of the Hmong communities worldwide.
5. To promote gender equality and training organizational leadership.
