MOV, Inc is created after a group of Hmong leaders in the US and in Australia come together to discuss issues, and problems that concern most to the Hmong people in the world from the past to the present and into the future.
A main goal of this organization is to find ways to bring the Hmong people to come together and to understand equal political and economic rights everywhere, to support the establishment of a Hmong people, and to create a world-wide Hmong representative body based on the concept of the unity of the Hmong people, a well-organized and be able to act on matters of a common concern.
